Are you feeling the need to create a space for You? Are you yearning to connect to yourself on a deeper level?

This Yoga Flow course is perfect for You!

Do you have a consistent Yoga practice? Are you looking to expand your knowledge, flexibility and strength? Are you seeking a friendly community of like-minded people?

The six week block helps you to dedicate a time in your week to yourself to de-stress, breathe, relax and get fit safely. The group practice will allow you to connect with new friends, have fun and feel supported as you step our of your comfort zone.

Each week will be progressive and will include the essential aspects of a Yoga class:

1.    Deep breathing to focus and relax the mind
2.    Balancing, flows, inversions, twists and some strength work.
3.    Mantra and guided meditation to relieve stress and tension.

Wear comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water. Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.
