Wellbeing in TY
Transition Year provides an incredible opportunity for teenagers to mature and develop without the pressure of exams. Students have the time and space to develop relationships with their peers, discover their strengths and interests and develop skills of self regulation and reflection.
At Chrysalis Wellness, we have designed several fun, interactive, student-centred programmes that focus on the six indicators of Wellbeing in TY; that a student is
