SUPER easy, one bowl recipe:

  • 2 mushed bananas
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2-3 tbps maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1/3 cup plant based milk
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (I used raisins)
  • 1/2 cup seeds (I used chia & pumpkin)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (I used almonds, walnuts & hazelnuts)
  • 1/3 cup cacao nibs

Mix well, pop on a greased baking tray and into oven on 160°C for about 20mins/until golden brown. Slice and enjoy!
